When is the ₹3,000 visit booking fee paid?
Only after I personally confirm the brief is a fit and a site-visit slot is being held for you. It is adjusted against your design fee if you proceed.
Why only three homes at a time?
Because every drawing, material, and site review stays with me. Three is the honest ceiling for that level of attention.
What times are the site visits?
Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You pick a slot inside the application on this page — once you choose, I’ll continue the conversation with you on WhatsApp.
What happens after I submit?
You land on a personal thank-you page with your slot held. From there, a single WhatsApp button opens a direct chat with me — no popups, no waiting room.
